British Airways X Olympia
More news from Olympia. It has reached a major milestone in its
£1.3bn transformation, as British Airways is con昀椀rmed as the destination’s 昀椀rst Founding Partner. This landmark multi-year, multi-million-pound collaboration brings together two of Britain’s most recognisable heritage brands at a pivotal moment in Olympia’s regeneration. The
partnership cements Olympia’s position as one of the country’s most
exciting new cultural districts and re昀氀ects the UK’s 昀氀ag carrier’s commitment to championing UK talent, creativity and originality. As part of
the agreement, British Airways will take naming rights for two landmark new venues at the heart of the transformed 14-acre site including
ARC – a cutting-edge 3,800-capacity live music and events venue,
operated by AEG Presents UK and opening in 2026 and British Airways
Theatre – a 1,575-seat world-class venue opening in 2027, the largest
permanent new theatre to be built in London for almost 50 years. The
two performance venues will form the heart of the reimagined Olympia,
continuing the destination’s legacy as a hub for live entertainment since
its opening in 1886.
